Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Recommend Property: 3126 Lyle Ave, Waco, Texas 76708 Our stay with Waco Vacation Rentals was highly disappointing. The property was infested with roaches, there was no hot water, and the entire home was in poor and outdated condition. Furniture, bedding, drapes, floors, and even the walls showed visible wear, damage, and neglect. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority for this company. To make matters worse, when we reported these issues, we were told someone could come by in the morning—despite us needing to leave by 7 AM. Are guests expected to shower in freezing cold water? Completely unacceptable. We are requesting a partial refund, including the cleaning fee, as the property was not clean upon arrival. The tubs, showers, and towels were filthy, and the conditions did not reflect the price we paid. Do yourself a favor—avoid Waco Vacation Rentals and book with a company that values guest comfort, cleanliness, and accountability.
