⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Absolute must-visit!) Waco Waffle Co. completely blew us away! From the moment you walk up, the atmosphere is warm, inviting, and full of Texas charm (the water wheel setting outside and the high-beamed rustic wood inside are fantastic touches). The food, though? **Next level.** We tried a spread of both sweet and savory options, and every single dish knocked it out of the park: The Sweet Waffles:Loaded up with fresh peaches, sweet cream, and delicious sauce—crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and not overly sugary. The Savory Options:The loaded savory waffle with eggs, bacon, cheese, crema, and sliced avocado was absurdly good. The Chicken & Waffle Sandwich:Crispy, perfectly seasoned, and sandwiched between two light, golden waffles. Absolutely elite. The staff was incredibly friendly and fast, even with a full house. Plus, they've got great merch and a fun, family-friendly vibe. If you're anywhere near the area, or taking a trip through Waco,do yourself a favor and stop here. We will definitely be back every time we're in town!

It was extremely busy when we arrived as expected. So be prepared. We ordered to-go cause it was overwhelming. Wait time on our food was about 45 mins. We ordered 4 different items. All were good but seems the sweet ones are over hyped. The savory ones were well worth it. We enjoyed those The peach ones were canned peaches. The webster..uhh so disappointed with that. It's advertising Nutella drizzle but that was definitely not Nutella. That tasted like Hershey syrup and I HATE Hershey syrup so we wasted our money on that one because it didn't even get ate. Highly disappointed in the Webster when it was the one I had the highest hopes for. We spent probably $60-$65. Somewhere around there.

Such a fun spot in Waco that's worth checking out! We drove in from Austin after seeing countless ads on social media for Waco Waffle Co. We arrived around 8:30 AM and there were about 6-8 people in line ahead of us to order at the counter, so not bad at all. There was plenty of inside and outside seating available at that time, although there were ants all over the outdoor tables, so be aware of that! It took about 35 minutes to receive our food after ordering. It was well worth the wait! We really enjoyed the Silo and the Washington. My girls loved being able to get a scoop of ice cream on top of their waffles! I also ordered a milkshake and that was delicious. As we were leaving around 9:30 AM, the line was out the door and down the driveway, so I suggest coming early! We plan to make the drive again to try out more of the menu!

We don't have enough amazing things to say about our experience. First off it's a little off the beaten path which makes being surrounded by the busy, noisy city feel magical. There is both inside and outside dining available so for a beautiful, warm and sunny morning we opted for outside. The seating was agreeable and quaint to fit the vibe. The food was absolutely beautiful and so delicious - prices were fair and portions generous. Our cashier and server were so polite and helpful and I loved seeing the food being prepared behind the counter in the main dining area. I got the Bomb - the cheddar, jalapeños and brisket we delicious and the egg perfect! My husband got the Bagby which is their take on peaches and cream also exceptionally delicious. My 13 year old ordered the chicken strips and they were fresh, very generous portions and he loved them! Thank you for an all around exceptional dining experience!
