Five star pharmacy but I can't say the same thing for the front end. I've noticed the reduction in staff and I have to ring the bell on the counter. Long lines for checking out. I do like the fact that they stock Junior Mints in the big box. I don't buy much from the store because everything is skyhigh!

The pharmacist here is incredibly rude. My medication has been pending for over a week and I called to ask about it and was simply just wanting an update on it. He was so short and I felt like I was burdening him by asking about my meds. After asking about a transfer to a different pharmacy he literally hung up. He’s even rude in person.

The best Walgreens in the Waco area. Laura has amazing customer service, always greets me with a smile and helps me with whatever it is I need that day. She goes out of her way to make sure customers are well cared for and leave better than they came in. She deserves a raise and a pat on the back (or ten). She makes Walgreens on Bosque the best it is. The other staff are great also, but no one can beat Laura!!! 🫶🏻
