Walmart Supercenter on Franklin Ave

I wish more Walmarts were like this one. I was genuinely impressed by the modern decor, the clean and well-organized aisles, and the friendly staff. Everything felt welcoming and maintained to a very high standard.

I only stopped in to use the restroom, but I have to give credit where it's due. The stall I used was exceptionally clean. The toilet paper dispenser was fully stocked, and I appreciated that the toilet had a hands-free flush. The inside of the toilet was clean as well—no stains or grime—which tells me the restrooms are cleaned and maintained regularly. The entire restroom smelled like it had just been sanitized with a bleach-based cleaner, which was reassuring. My only concern was with the paper towels. Instead of being in a dispenser, the rolls were sitting directly on the counter. That meant I had to handle the entire roll just to tear off a few sheets, which didn't feel very sanitary in an otherwise spotless restroom. Overall, this was one of the cleaner Walmart restrooms I've used. With a proper paper towel dispenser, it would have been an excellent experience.

Absolutely the worst experience trying to buy Pokémon cards at this Walmart. The woman who stocks them clearly has her own little system going on, because the SAME group of scalpers magically shows up every single time she does and wipes everything out within minutes. Regular customers don’t even get a chance, it’s already gone before you can blink. What makes it worse is she’s openly said she lets certain people know when she’s stocking. So basically, unless you’re part of her little insider group, don’t even bother. Kids, collectors, and normal shoppers are completely shut out while the same resellers walk off with everything to flip online. At this point, it just feels shady and unfair. Either management doesn’t care or they’re choosing to ignore it, but it’s a terrible look. There needs to be actual rules or limits enforced, because right now it’s just the same people clearing the shelves every single time while everyone else wastes their trip.

Went inside the store for a portable power bank and the price was much higher than the price online so I asked for price match at the register. They said they do not do price matching anymore even though they were the seller so I place the order online for the on sale price. It was my first curbside pick-up. Then, I received a notification that a substitute was given because they were out of stock. Sir, I just had it in my hand and I placed the order online in store. Well, it seems like they removed (hid) them because there were suddenly no more so I canceled the order. The substitute was not good. I would not recommend this walmart as a walk-in nor curbside. They do some very suspicious stuff here. Never had a good experience but decided to give them another chance. No more.

Waco wal mart is always great. The lead times on some of the online offerings are not keeping up with wal mart as I have experienced but the Samsung tv I bought is absolutely phenomenal and for 99 dollars thousands of free channels and the Bluetooth functionality is superb in its operation
