Walmart Supercenter on Hewitt Dr

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Walmart location today. I came in with a good attitude, simply trying to grab a few things and be respectful. When I asked an employee in the produce section for help finding garlic, the interaction felt sarcastic and unnecessarily difficult instead of helpful. Throughout my visit, I also experienced multiple interactions where employees were openly talking about customers in a way that could be clearly heard, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. It is frustrating to come into a store being polite and expecting a normal shopping experience, only to leave feeling upset and disappointed because of the way you were treated. A quick grocery trip should not feel like a hassle. I will not be returning to this Walmart location. I will continue shopping for groceries at H-E-B, where I have consistently had better experiences. This location is simply not worth the frustration.

Customer service sucks and they don't ever have anybody at the registers. And also I went in there today and my daughter rides in the basket all the time when we go in there and I got told by this lady that worked for Walmart that she's not allowed to ride in the basket. Oh, but after that, I've seen 4 other kids riding in the baskets. I've never had a problem with thisas long as she stays seated Which she is pretty good at doing. I was furious and will not be back.

It was terrible. Half of the items didn't have prices on them or below them on a tag. All there was, was a bar code on a tag below the item. Am I supposed to scan the tag for the price? No idea... also there were items that DID have tags that when I got up to the checkout were completely different from what it was supposed to be. A difference of $6 on an item!?!That's just not right. Won't be back if I can help it.

Very nice walmart. Clean and stocked well. I love being able to transfer my scripts to whatever location we happen to be traveling to. Associates at the pharmacy were very knowledgeable and extremely friendly.

I hate that the prices for clearance items are not priced correctly. And that when using Walmart app these things say they are not available or not in store but I am holding the items in my hand. What's the purpose of having Walmarts invasive app(takes over my wifi everytime I enter a store)? It looks like some depts just dump their stuff in clearance area to get out of their way and shelves. Piles of un marked stuff to get to register and find out not on sale just needed a new home. Dept managers should be required to go check the clearance area once they task the assignment to someone to make sure that it is done properly not just dumped.
