The best title office in Central, TX. I have closed well over 200 (likely 300) transactions at this office and have always had a great experience. I often deal with difficult title situations, and the staff is always up for the challenge. They solve problems, communicate well, and get files closed on time!

Denise is holding my money and my mortgage company's money hostage. Closing did not occur in a timely manner. 4 days in and still no keys to the house I purchased. I'm living in a hotel because Denise refused one signature that she said did not come through clearly on her copy. If Wells Fargo funded the full amount then there is no reason to delay Closing and give me keys to the house.

Unfortunately, every time I’ve worked with this title company, it never goes well. It’s hard to get ahold of officers, you never know how far along your file is and they are unprofessional. I know people have hard days but it’s difficult to give patience every single time you have an interaction with them.
