A Five-Star Experience with Exceptional Care and Compassion I can’t say enough good things about Wesley Woods. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and reassured. The staff truly goes above and beyond to care for each resident with patience, kindness, and professionalism. The facility is clean (with a pleasant smell), well-maintained, and has a warm, home-like atmosphere. My mother settled in quickly thanks to the supportive team who made the transition smooth for both of us. What really stands out is the sense of community. The activities are thoughtful and engaging, and I often hear about the fun events, games, or musical guests. It’s clear that residents are treated with respect and dignity, and their happiness and well-being are top priorities. We particularly love that each resident has their own private room. This puts Wesley Woods leaps and bounds above every other facility we toured. We are so grateful to have found Wesley Woods. It gives me peace of mind knowing that Mom is not only safe, but truly thriving. Highly recommend to any family looking for compassionate, high-quality care.

Update !!! This is what the Don Amanda posted this flyer so the review I put months ago makes sense now she needs to get fired or her licenses removed I’ll also be pushing the issue since i know yall seen the review and did nothing ! All this stuff adds up and she’s gonna pay for the emotional damage even if i have to take this situation to court it’s so many people that have bad things to say about her just look at how many people yall loose something’s not right and it will be handled ! Yall think it’s okay and nobody gonna speak up well I bet that changes !!! Extremely poor performance and a bad company over all the DON Amanda is very nice nasty when it comes to handling issues when she’s wrong she still makes a way to be correct . This place is beyond dirty , sharps containers stay open , always leaving 1 person to work a whole unit alone . So many bugs inside very dirty . Definitely wouldn’t recommend for workers or residents.

My stepfather had been moved here from another rehab facility that was terrible! This place was wonderful. After a few days of rehab, his health declined and we had to call in hospice. ( he was 94). The staff and the administration could not have been more caring! They made a difficult situation as comforting and pleasant as possible. They went above and beyond to give us comfort and peace. Perfect place to take someone you love. I would definitely choose Wesley woods for a place for someone I love to rehab.

Do not leave your loved one at Wesley Woods without a camera in their room. My dad was abused by 4 different aides in the past 2 weeks. 1 was terminated but the other 3 are still employed with Wesley Woods. He has been moved to another facility and the state is investigating.

I am disappointed in this place. I tried to get my father in (he has dementia). They called and asked if he is deaf. I said yes. They said they would call back next day but didnt. I called them repeatedly for next 3 days before they finally took my call. They said my father didnt meet the medical needs. That my father is not flight risk. (He is!) then their excuse was it's not right fit. I flat out asked if it was because he is deaf. They denied and then came up with new excuse that they do not offer memory care support anymore (That's a lie!). I stopped right there. It's not worth arguing with them. Very disappointed with them.
