I scheduled a dock pickup in Robinson, TX as I would be in town. After waiting for 30 minutes, I was told my freight was still in Austin and wouldn't be there until the next day. The carrier was able to deliver it to my home address the next day. Lesson learned: call to make sure the shipment is there like the office staff said it would be available.

My riding lawn mower got delivered in 5 business days from New York to Harker Heights. I called the 1-800 number to confirm the delivery date a couple days ahead. On the scheduled delivery date, the driver called us (several hours earlier than expected) and arrived 30 mins later. The tracking was really detailed as well. Would not hesitate to order another freight package with XPO as the shipper.

XPO drivers do an excellent job. However, the guys that send the drivers out are inconsiderate when providing routes. Management needs to hold those guys accountable. The drivers should not have zig zag routes. If it weren't for the drivers they would not have any business. Please be considerate! Drivers have families and lives that matter too! Showing favoritism is unacceptable. Do better!!!!

They close at 6pm open Monday thru Friday, got there at 6:30 pm friday and Had 2 pallets wouldn't umload had to wait till Monday
