The pedicure was great!! Really enjoyed. But then the guy who did my nails was awful. I have literally had my nails done for 1 day, spent 25 dollars extra for the chrome and it is already chipping. Plus he was not very pleasant, acted like he did not want to be there. And one thumb looks totally different from the other. I am very disappointed for the amount of money I spent I am not happy.

5/5 AMAZING EXPERIENCE! From the moment I stepped foot into the salon, I was greeted warmly by everyone - it immediately set the tone for such a welcoming and comfortable experience. I was helped right away and even offered a beverage before my service began, which was such a nice touch! I also want to mention how refreshing it was that they had no issue doing acrylic on my toes. I’ve been to other nail salons in the past that either said they couldn’t do it or simply wouldn’t, but here it was absolutely no problem at all. They made the whole process easy and professional. My nail artist, Ryan, was incredible. He was extremely precise and attentive, showing me each design and detail as he worked to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. He was so polite, respectfully, and genuinely focused on making my set perfect. And let me just say my nails came out spot on to the inspo photo I provided! I highly, highly recommend Ryan if you’re looking for a flawless work, great service, and a salon that truly goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back!

i want to start off by saying that the man who did my pedicure was amazing. so kind and patient. my manicurist, however? awful. she hardly spoke the entire time, interrupted me to talk to other staff, gave dirty looks any time i spoke, kept shushing me to make phone calls, and my nails looked horrible! mind you: i’m getting my nails done for my ENGAGEMENT. i asked for a white metallic almond shaped nail. she spends FOREVER filing and THEN says “oh it’s extra for this shape”. whatever. she then spends EVEN LONGER filing. she begins painting and despite all the time she spent filing, my nails are still all different shapes and sizes. then she paints. grey. she paints my nails grey. i spent $130 that day. i should’ve just spent 30 on the pedi and done my nails myself.

Today was my first visit with ZiZi Nail Lounge. I couldn't be more satisfied with service. They were punctual and my feet and toes look soooo much better. I will definitely return on a regular basis.

Summer! Summer! Summer! She went above and beyond to meet my expectations. I didn’t feel rushed she kept checking with me to make sure I liked the shape, that I liked the color, that I liked the length.
